Terms: Everything will be sold in “As-Is, Where-Is” condition. All sales are final. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid to determine the final selling price. Accepted payment will be CASH or CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS ONLY. A 4% convenience fee will apply to any/all credit/debit card transactions. Winning bidder(s) must pay a REFUNDABLE $250.00 cash deposit per POD. This deposit will be returned in full once the PODS are fully cleaned out to a broom swept condition. Winning bidder(s) will have from Wednesday to Saturday during business hours (M-F: 8AM-4PM, S: 8AM-3:30PM). Unit count is subject to change and redemption. All property is sold in "As-Is, Where-Is" condition. All sales are to be final. Legacy Auction Group, L.L.C. and the seller(s) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or losses that may occur. Accepted payment is cash, valid check or credit/debit cards. A 4% transaction fee will be added to any/all credit/debit card transactions. A 15% buyer's premium will be added to the final bid to determine the full purchase price. Sales tax will not be charged on this transaction. The buyer's premium amount will be immediately run on the credit/debit card that the buyer used to register for the auction. Payment will be due immediately upon removal which will be scheduled by appointment only. From the time the auction closes (January 23rd at 7:00PM CST), the buyer will have 72 hours to arrange for payment, pick-up and removal of the contents of the storage unit in its entirety. The buyer must hold back any personal items, documents, photos, yearbooks, etc. and leave them inside of the unit once it has been emptied. The buyer also must leave the unit in a broom swept condition. A refundable $100.00 cleaning deposit will be charged to buyer and the deposit will be returned once the storage unit has been emptied in its entirety. The buyer may choose to rent the unit from the facility if they would like to. Bidders acknowledge that bid rigging and/or collusion is a felony and a violation of the Sherman Antitrust Act. All suspected instances will be reported to the U.S. Justice Department. Bidders must be at least 18 years old. All bidders agree to hold harmless and indemnify Legacy Auction Group, L.L.C. of any and all claims.The buyer must provide their own lock for the storage unit.
