The storage unit is an indoor, climate controlled unit. We have NOT been through or removed anything from this unit, we only removed the lock and took photos from the doorway. This storage unit is part of an estate and is being sold to settle a court order. This is NOT a delinquent unit. This unit is being sold subject to a Civil Action Suit in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri. Case No. 2316-CV02963.

All property is sold in "As-Is, Where-Is" condition. All sales are to be final. Legacy Auction Group, L.L.C. and the seller(s) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or losses that may occur. Accepted payment is cash, valid check or credit/debit cards. A 4% transaction fee will be added to any/all credit/debit card transactions. A 15% buyer's premium will be added to the final bid to determine the full purchase price. Sales tax will not be charged on this transaction. The buyer's premium amount will be immediately run on the credit/debit card that the buyer used to register for the auction. Payment will be due immediately upon removal which will be scheduled by appointment only. From the time the auction closes (January 23rd at 7:00PM CST), the buyer will have 72 hours to arrange for payment, pick-up and removal of the contents of the storage unit in its entirety. The buyer must hold back any personal items, documents, photos, yearbooks, etc. and leave them inside of the unit once it has been emptied. The buyer also must leave the unit in a broom swept condition. A refundable $100.00 cleaning deposit will be charged to buyer and the deposit will be returned once the storage unit has been emptied in its entirety. The buyer may choose to rent the unit from the facility if they would like to. Bidders acknowledge that bid rigging and/or collusion is a felony and a violation of the Sherman Antitrust Act. All suspected instances will be reported to the U.S. Justice Department. Bidders must be at least 18 years old. All bidders agree to hold harmless and indemnify Legacy Auction Group, L.L.C. of any and all claims.The buyer must provide their own lock for the storage unit. Legacy Auction Group, L.L.C. reserve the right to accept or reject any bid and to cancel any sale. Good luck and happy bidding!
