Preview of merchandise and bidder registration will begin one hour prior to the auction. All bidders must provide name, address, phone number, and a valid driver’s license. Legacy Auction Group is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or losses. Accepted payment is cash, valid check, and credit/debit cards. A 4% service fee will be charged on all credit/debit card transactions. All items must be paid for in full before any portion of the merchandise is removed.
